It is possible to book over the phone or by e-mail

For group bookings a deposit of 30% of the total price  must be paid within 30 days of the stay; the booking will be confirmed by email


  • Fill in the Public Security form (download the form at the bottom of this page);
  • During your stay: please avoid loud noise and singing after 10 p.m. and before 8,00 a.m. and between 2 and 4 p.m.;
  • Respect all equipment and furniture on the premises, reporting any breakdowns and/or damages;
  • Visitors are permitted between 9a.m. and 11 p.m. as long as they don’t disturb the other guests;
  • the visitor may have to present i.d. if asked by the hostel staff.


  • the occupants of the rooms are responsible for the cleaning and car of their own rooms;
  • bed and bathroom linen, if requested, are changed every week;
  • personnel may access your room during your absence to:
  • in case of emergencies;

  • check the conditions of the room at the beginning and end of the period.

  • Anyone who is visibly drunk or dirty will not be admitted into the Hotel.


  • NO smoking; 
  • No cooking       outside cooking areas;
  • No inflammable substance may be kept;
  • No throwing any material in the bathroom that may clog pipes or toilet drains


  • If       furnished by the hostel, you are requested to put all bed and bathroom linen in the room;
  • Hand in keys, pay your bill and take your receipt.

We accept credit and debit cards, cash (less than €uro 1.000), cheques and bank transfers.


You can request a set of keys if you come back late.

In general, hostel times are the following:

  • Time of arrival is welcome to guarantee the presence of hostel staff ;
  • Payment and       departure between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.

You can arrange different times directly when making your booking.

If you don’t free your room and pay your bill by 11 a.m. will be charged for another night.



A cancellation fee, equal to the deposit paid, will be applicable if booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival.  In the event that the actual attendance is less than 90 % of reserved beds, a penalty equal to 30 % of the single rate for each bed not benefited will be charged. In case any furniture or equipment is damaged or broken, you will be charged for it repair or substitution.

THEFT: We can not assume responsibility for items or valuables left unattended in rooms or in the common areas of the hostel .The hostel also declines any liability for theft or damage to vehicles parked even if on its own grounds . 

COMPLAINTS: Any complaint must be addressed directly to the hostel management or to Nisida Cooperative.It would be useful to report any unpleasant situations to avoid it happening again.We advise you to read our conventions and our suggestions for proper use of our hostel .Have a good stay !Coming soon.
